Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about theatre and safety, with strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in closing deals. Experience in sales, particularly within the entertainment or safety sectors, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including theatres, schools, and performing arts centers.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the theatre rigging inspection market.
– Educate clients on the importance of regular rigging inspections and the benefits of our services.
– Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
– Collaborate with the inspection team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
– Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the theatre, entertainment, or safety industries.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Familiarity with theatre rigging systems and safety standards is a plus.
